Pasta with shrimp and mussels

Step by step instructions

  • Wash and clean seafood: squid (optional), shrimp and mussels. Squid cut into thin strips.
  • Heat a pan with oil, pour in seafood and fry for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and onion (wash and peel garlic and onion beforehand). Fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Also add fish broth and tomato puree. Braise until the liquid evaporates for about 10 minutes.
  • At the end we put salt, cherry tomatoes (cut into halves or quarters), basil and olive oil. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Put a pot on heat, add cold water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, add spaghetti and cook until soft.
  • We mix the ready pasta with the sauce and put it on a plate and sprinkle with cheese (if desired).

Spaghetti is better to choose from durum wheat.

  • Peeled shrimps 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes 100g
  • Olive oil 10 ml.
  • Mussels 50 г
  • Chili pepper 2 г
  • Sea salt 3 г
  • Fish broth 100 ml.
  • Tomato puree 100 г
  • Basil 15 г
  • Spaghetti 100 г
  • Calamari 50 г
