Step by step instructions
- Wash and clean seafood: squid (optional), shrimp and mussels. Squid cut into thin strips.
 - Heat a pan with oil, pour in seafood and fry for 5-10 minutes.
 - Add finely chopped garlic and onion (wash and peel garlic and onion beforehand). Fry for a couple of minutes.
 - Also add fish broth and tomato puree. Braise until the liquid evaporates for about 10 minutes.
 - At the end we put salt, cherry tomatoes (cut into halves or quarters), basil and olive oil. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
 - Put a pot on heat, add cold water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, add spaghetti and cook until soft.
 - We mix the ready pasta with the sauce and put it on a plate and sprinkle with cheese (if desired).
 
Spaghetti is better to choose from durum wheat.
