Kefir overnight oats

Ingredients

50 g rolled oats

75 g almond milk (I like @RudeHealth)

75 g kefir (I used turmeric and mango from @thecollectiveuk)

1 tbsp coconut chips

1 tbsp runny honey

Pinch of sea salt (@maldonsalt1882)

Granola, fresh or dried fruit, seeds, nuts (whatever you fancy)

Method

Mix, cover, refrigerate overnight, decorate with a mix of fruit, nuts and seeds, and eat. Easy as that…
